Welcome to Lodestar!  We celebrate our fourteenth anniversary this year with a renewed emphasis on the focus that initially launched the firm – helping our clients improve operational performance, grow their businesses, and prepare for uncertain futures in rapidly changing marketplaces.
 
Built around three core practice areas – Market Research and Customer Insights, Innovation, and Information Management – we are continually expanding our capabilities, resources, and team.  Thus far in 2012 we have introduced an innovative product to measure online brand performance and advocacy, launched a new Marketing Research and Business Intelligence Effectiveness Audit offering, and significantly expanded our work in technology scouting and intellectual property assessment.
 
Our work in strategic innovation management continues to grow, led by our InnovationOne innovation performance diagnostic instrument and growing capabilities in measuring innovation ROI.  In September, along with our Canadian partner, Strategian, Lodestar will release the results from the first nationwide assessment of internal innovation culture and orientation in Fortune 1000 companies. 
 
The Lodestar team now numbers over 45 researchers, analysts, strategists, project managers, technologists, scouts, and futurists.  Our client roster steadily grows, primarily through referrals, and we continue to be trusted advisors and “go to” providers of business intelligence and organizational performance and growth counsel.
